How much protein do I need?


  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

*We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.


Simply mix all of the ingredients in a bowl (besides the bread), make an indention in the bread, and pour in the mixture.

Air fry at 300 for 4-6 minutes or bake at 400 for 5-7 minutes.
