How much protein do I need?


  • 1/2 cup chocolate
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4-5 cups cereal (half chex and half catalina crunch-for extra protein!)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 3/4 cup zero calorie confectioners sugar

  1. over low heat – melt and combine chocolate, peanut butter, and coconut oil in a small saucepan.
  2. add whey protein and milk
  3. cover cereal in chocolate mixture
  4. coat in vanilla protein and zero calorie sweetener 
  5. transfer to a tray and refrigerate a few minutes
  6. enjoy!
