How much protein do I need?

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Topping:
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp melted white chocolate + 2 tsp milk + 2 tsp greek yogurt

*We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.

Directions

  • Combine all base ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before layering
  • Microwave and smash blueberries, then add
  • Finish with white chocolate mixture
  • Enjoy!
