Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Topping:
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1 tbsp melted white chocolate + 2 tsp milk + 2 tsp greek yogurt
*We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.
Directions
- Combine all base ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before layering
- Microwave and smash blueberries, then add
- Finish with white chocolate mixture
- Enjoy!
