- ½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 heaping scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
- Splash of milk of choice
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint
- ¼ cup ice
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
*We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.
Blend all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate, in a blender until smooth.
Add the chocolate and blend again just enough to break up the chocolate, but not completely blended into the rest of the smoothie.
