How much protein do I need?


  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Raspberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • Handful White Chocolate Chips

*We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.


  • Combine raspberries, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and protein powder in a blender and blend until desired consistency.
  • Top with a handful of white chocolate chips and enjoy!
